Folding travel walking and hiking poles from York Nordic, designed for the busy traveler. The poles fold down to just 13.5 inches and include a Velcro strap and carrying case.

Available with a choice of Nordic or trek/ski grips, and in 3 sizes to match your height.

Sizing

• X-Short: Expands from 29.5" to 37.5" (75-95cm). For walkers 5'3" and shorter, or a forearm-to-ground measurement of 30" to 38". 10.5 oz per pole.
• Short: Expands from 37.5" to 45.25" (95-115cm). For walkers 5'3" to 5'7", or a forearm-to-ground measurement of 38" to 46". 11.5 oz per pole.
• Long: Expands from 45.25" to 53" (115-135cm). For walkers 5'7" to 6'2", or a forearm-to-ground measurement of 44" to 52". 11.5 oz per pole.
