I've been using these crutches for 5 full yrs now, and the rubber on the bottom are just NOW starting to wear out. Excellent manufacturing as others I've used have worn out in a few months or sooner... As well, everything but one forearm cuff broke as I had it strapped to my winterized mobility scooter and the, -18 I was driving in was a little too much and a piece of the plastic cuff broke off. However, if every product I've bought in my life was as good in quality like these are, I'd never have to complain to anyone about anything ever again.... HIGHLY recommend it to anyone ... Best Arm Crutches I’ve ever had I’ve been using these crutches for years. What’s nice is that if a part wears out, you don’t have to buy the whole set of crutches. You only need to buy a replacement part, that is very reasonably priced. The customer service is GREAT !!! They have been as caring and considerate as if we were family. In fact I do consider them as family as much as they have helped me out when I contacted them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the crutches and the company.

Already squeaky I ordered a new lower spring assisted post to replace my previous one that had started squeaking with every step. Unfortunately, the new one is already starting to do the same thing!

Great purchase I was glad to see the lower post for sale for my forearm crutch, it is cheaper than getting a whole new one! My shoulder was very happy, it had been sore and irritated because my stick needed to be replaced. These are the sturdiest and most comfortable crutches I have used, the only drawback is that i am right between 2 holes as my "ideal" height which means either I use it a little too short or a little too tall. But I have used them when kayaking, adaptive skiing and hiking. I will never get a different kind, I am a fan!
