Uniquely designed and excellent points product support The design of these is very impressive. They take a little getting used to, as there are actually springs that act like shocks providing less of an impact feeling particularly when stepping up/stairs or curbs etc.. This pair actually folds down to allow for more space in smaller vehicles - the first time I did not fold them, and they took up more room, I had to angle lay them on the vehicle floor. They came with the ergonomic handle grips which are excellent as my wrists and particularly my thumbs do not get anywhere near as sore (like with my cane or reg crutches). The padding already on the underarm part is nonslip and very decent, they do sell separately padding for those who have sensitive underarms or are using these a lot more than I currently do. The company itself has seriously impressed me. They follow a pay it forward mentality. Donating DME to Local communities. I'm very impressed by the product support, I requested some and didn't expect a call - thought I would be emailed back the next week. But they actually called me the next day, which was just completely unexpected. Overall, the company and the DME they have designed are excellent. I'm definitely letting my friends and family know about these, and the other DME products that they have available. Whether I need any other DME products or not, I will support this company by recommending them and their products. I truly have not had a product support request that was sent by email, be responded to so quickly and by a phone call on top of that. It's good to know that the product support emails sent through Amazon are actually being received by the Millennial Medical.
I bought these because I am going through a fairly lengthy orthopedic rehab. I use them as an assist for full weight bearing, getting ready to get new AFOs. Just the first 3 minutes told me this is a game changer! Buy these. Just spend the money. Forget the $30 ones and just go right to these, even if you only need them a few weeks. The springs make ALL the difference... and they seem to have a nice design and nice ergo shape for the hand holds. They seem fairly quiet, too. Not silent, but not very "clicky" like the cheaper ones. It's still there, you're not gonna ninja anywhere with them.... but they are much quieter in their "click" than cheaper ones. My only even tiny, tiny, whinny, fussing, princess and the pea level complaint is that they don't come in colors. But... that is a super nothing in the scheme of things.
I love these already. It was past due for me to get some decent crutches and I just got them today and only used them a little bit but I can already tell these are gonna be much better for me. I was nervous about how these were gonna be on my wrist as I have chronic wrist problems but the ergonomic handles actually keep my wrist straight and are so much more comfortable. The spring also relieves the pressure and is a superior design, I didn’t notice it being loud, it definitely adds a sound but it’s very minimal, I will pay attention to if this bugs me more but so far not at all. The arm cuffs have just enough movement to allow me to feel stable while also allowing me to use my hands much more naturally. I will say the box didn’t have the bigger cuffs which I need but I called and they were so nice and shipped out the larger cuffs same day. I will update this review once I have had them a while but so far no regrets would recommend.
Much-needed comfort after my April 1 fibula break — lightweight, easy to install, and actually helps I broke my fibula on April 1 — yes, the irony was not lost on me — and quickly learned that crutches can be almost as frustrating as the injury itself. These underarm crutch pads made a noticeable difference within the first day. The pads arrived in great condition: clean, neatly packaged, no weird smell, and the stitching/edges looked well finished. They feel soft but not flimsy. The padding has enough cushion to take pressure off the underarm area without feeling bulky or unstable. **Weight:** These are very lightweight and don’t add any noticeable heaviness to the crutches. That matters when you’re already tired from getting around with one good leg. **Versatility/Fit:** I used them on in-Motion Pro crutches, and the fit was secure. The design seems forgiving enough that they should work on many standard crutches as long as the top pad area is similar in size. They wrap around easily and stay in place once attached. **Performance:** The biggest benefit is comfort. Before adding these, I was getting soreness and irritation under my arms after short trips around the house. These pads helped reduce that rubbing and pressure, especially when moving longer distances or standing around waiting. They don’t magically make crutches fun, but they definitely make them more tolerable. **Ease of Use:** Installation was simple and didn’t require tools or a struggle. I was able to put them on quickly, adjust them, and go. They also wipe off easily, which is helpful when using crutches indoors and outdoors. After trying a basic pair, I decided to purchase the in-Motion Pro Crutches along with the matching crutch pads, and I’m really glad I did. The first thing I noticed was the weight. These are lightweight enough that I don’t feel like I’m dragging them around, but they still feel sturdy and supportive when I’m using them. They don’t have that flimsy feel that some cheaper crutches do. The foldable design is also a huge plus. Being able to fold them down makes them much easier to put in the car, store next to a chair, or take along when I’m going somewhere. That added versatility has made a real difference during recovery. The crutches arrived in excellent condition and were packaged well. Everything adjusted smoothly, and the locking mechanisms felt secure once set to my height. I also appreciate the ergonomic handles. Traditional crutch grips can be rough on the hands and wrists, especially when you’re using them all day. These handles feel more natural and supportive. Adding the crutch pads made them even more comfortable, especially under the arms and during longer periods of use. As far as performance, the spring assist feature is helpful. It gives the crutches a smoother feel when moving and seems to reduce some of the jarring impact compared to basic crutches. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who needs crutches and wants something more comfortable and portable than the standard hospital-style pair.

In icy winter weather, I add ice cleat attachments to my crutches. They can be flipped up for walking indoors, and quickly flipped down for secure walking on ice when you also use ice cleats on your shoes. This accessory requires a non-changing measurement between its attachment and the ground, so these rigid posts enable that. I prefer the in-motion posts for regular use, and exchanging bottom posts is very easy and quick.
Fantastic product - Highly recommended - Be prepared for a minor adjustment period. I purchased In-Motion Forearm, Spring Assist Crutches after a friend recommended them. I complained about the standard crutches I was provided after an accident and he was like, "Shut up! You gotta get these things!" So I looked them up and started reading reviews. The reviews did NOT instill confidence. People reported the being noisy, cuffs falling off, and for those who purchased the spring assisted models, it seemed some felt it made them more difficult to use. I went ahead and purchased them anyway and I'm really glad I did. They're everything the manufacturer and my friend said they'd be. But now that I have them I understand why some folks complained about these issues. But it's user error - not a product or design problem in my experience. If your forearm cuffs are coming off, you've likely installed them backward and upside down. The open end of the adjustable forearm bracket should face the opposite direction of the handles - or - behind you, and the closest (most closed) point of the opening of the cuffs, when positioned over the handle, should be facing upward. Another thing to note is that these crutches handles or ergonomically designed for each of your hands, so there is a left crutch and a right crutch. They are NOT ambidextrous. If the "fin" of the grip is cutting across your palm it just means you've got the right crutch in your left hand. Switch them and you've be right as rain. Noise? Mine are perfectly quiet. I can hear a little spring action but that's it. Stability is a big thing. These are stable. They include two cuff sizes. You want snug but not tight. If the cuffs are loose stability is going to be a problem. But it's also important to know that you're not going to IMMEDIATELY get the same level of stability out of forearm crutches that you get from standard crutches. It's going to take a little time for your muscles to catch up. A few days should do it but I wouldn't get upset if it took a week or so. Another big part of stability is how you use them. Everything from properly sizing them (your arms should have a slight bend when at your sides. 5º or so is ideal), to taking shorter strides is going to help. Your strides will improve as you get stronger. Another thing I found helped a lot as a new user was the angle of the handles. You'll be least stable with the handles pointing straight ahead, and the crutches will always be more prone to getting bumped if you angle your handles inward toward your thighs. I've found that 45º inward is the most stable and natural position. I live in the mountains. There's only dirt, mud and gravel. I'm completely new to forearm crutches and these have been 1000 times better than the conventional crutches I was using. These look great, they're light and easy to whip around when getting in and out of the car, they're strong and the build quality and materials seem top notch... I'm happy as a pig with mine. I hope this helps others who are new to forearm crutches have a better experience cuz it's absolutely worth the time and effort to acclimate to them. Mine showed up yesterday as I got out reconstructive surgery for my ankle. But I'm also waiting to have surgery on both shoulders. The standard crutches I was using before surgery were so bad on my shoulders I'd basically given up on getting around. Millennial's in-Motion forearm crutches have been an absolute life saver.

They sent the wrong handles. I ordered ergonomic handles with a red stripe and was sent round handles. Despite being excited to finally be mobile again, they sent the wrong handles. Hoping they'll rush the correct handles shown on my order. So disappointing
Good but needs tweaking Good crutches but could use a couple of tweaks. The hand grips are comfortable but with a slight downward angle, it provides even better relief for arthritic hands and wrists. Secondly, the padding on the upper portion is rough where it curves underneath. This causes discomfort but I've used soft socks, held on with ribbon, to fix that issue. Otherwise? They are pretty good! Not Don-Joy good, but good.
I've been using these crutches for 5 full yrs now, and the rubber on the bottom are just NOW starting to wear out. Excellent manufacturing as others I've used have worn out in a few months or sooner... As well, everything but one forearm cuff broke as I had it strapped to my winterized mobility scooter and the, -18 I was driving in was a little too much and a piece of the plastic cuff broke off. However, if every product I've bought in my life was as good in quality like these are, I'd never have to complain to anyone about anything ever again.... HIGHLY recommend it to anyone ... Top Quality & Comfortable!! This is far and away the BEST cane/crutches I’ve found. I need a hip replacement and I was told I had to walk around with a cane from now until my surgery. Most canes are wobbly but this gives stability up your forearm. The spring gives a little bounce and feels nice when walking. It’s not so jarring on your joints. I found with other brands, the handles cracked because they were cheaply made… this company has high quality handles! I can’t wait to use both of them post-op in my recovery!!
My new go to style of crutch! I have hip dysplasia and have had two hip surgeries and one femur surgery in a small amount of time. I went with these crutches he’s based off feedback from others who had the same types of surgery. I will forever recommend these crutches to anyone who needs surgery or is looking for a stable and reliable mobility aid they can turn to when they need a little extra help around. These crutches caused me zero pain underneath my armpits during the 5-6 months I used them. They are excellent for getting around and also leaning your weight on when you get tired.
A great set of crutches With these crutches, there are able to support my current weight (267 lb. / ~19 stone). They are very helpful for my joints, especially since the temperatures, humidity, and weather are fluctuating so much. I'm able to be more mobile. With a lot of travel approaching, I'm glad that I have these and will be using them.
Amazing customer service for the most comfortable crutches! Absolutely amazing customer service. I injured my leg and needed to be non-weight bearing for at least 6 weeks. This happened just days before a two-week trip where I would exclusively be using public transit/walking - the team at Millennial Medical was able to get crutches in the mail to me right away. Unfortunately, they didn’t arrive in time (no fault of theirs, they reviewed all shipping options with me and we selected an option that should have given us a few days buffer….but I live on an island and shipping is often delayed). I was so grateful to get rid of my traditional crutches and move on to these after those two weeks of travel. My hands and sides were blistered and bruised, elbows and wrists were so sore, I ruined a few sweaters with the rubber from the traditional style. These things were a game changer, so much more comfortable for my hands, wrists, elbows, and sides. The spring action makes them so much easier to get around on too! I spent a lot of time calling around to local shops before I found Millennial Medical and couldn’t find what I needed. (Honestly, I’m glad because I wouldn’t have found these crutches!) The customer service was so fantastic, they were 100% on top of it and so responsive! 11/10, totally recommend these crutches!!

Simple but very effective Love my crutches: I wish there was a title more height adjustment because I seem to be between heights but other than that I really like them. I do wish they could fold or there was some way to hook them together. I love the shock absorption and how simple they are!
They are strong and work When you need a little more than a cane, these can really help. They're strong. They feel comfortable when properly adjusted to your arms and height. The spring assist is probably subject to personal preference but nothing to be un-star worthy. With luck, I will NOT have to update this review regarding their durability.
