These crutches have been my daily go-to for over 2 years now with no signs of quitting anytime soon! They are super durable, stable, and responsive thanks to the specialized spring tip. Seven weeks ago I started using the In-motion Pro Forearm Crutch set after having knee surgery. At the time I could not write a view as I didn't know how it was going to turn out versus using underarm crutches.

Well I can tell you the crutches have been great and I appreciate the spring assist on the tips. The only thing that I would like to see an option for is a handle that is softer. I like the contoured handles but the plastic is very hard and I have had to wear padded gloves to help with rubbing and blisters.

Emails with questions were answered very quickly and it seems like I will be able to get the specific part I will need when I need new ones.

Throughout the process of ordering, shipping and receiving in-Motion products, the words “Thank you” were spoken and written by me repeatedly.

At every point of contact, professionalism and communication exceeded my 60+ years of experience as a patient/user of DME products. Emails, phone calls, videos, blog posts and products all are cohesive in your mission in serving a person in need.

In September, 2024, I suffered a double rupture of my Achilles tendon. I ended up non weight bearing for over 6 weeks. I am 6'10", 300 lbs, needed crutches that are big enough, and not uncomfortable. The In-Motion underarm crutches fit the bill. The shock absorbing feature is way cool!

As a tall guy, it's hard to fit in cars, especially with one leg in a cast. Ditto for a long set of crutches. The easily collapsible feature of the In-Motion crutches was a lifesaver. Also good in restaurants and public places when I wanted to keep them out of the way, but still at arms reach.

About 3 weeks in, purely because of my own actions, I damaged one of the crutches. (Not a product issue, an operator error issue!). I called Millennial, explained what happened, and they shipped me a new set at a reduced price. (Along with advice on how not to damage the new set.) The customer service was OUTSTANDING.

We got the Short size under arm crutches for my sister’s knee surgery and they were fabulous! Even her orthopedic surgery staff commented on how fancy the crutches were. They said they’ve never seen anything like them and were very impressed by the design of the handles and the “give“ of the base that makes walking on crutches so much more manageable. The company was great to work with – – very responsive and helpful! I highly recommend them.

Millennial Medical has been a great company to work with. They shipped my order promptly. I have communicated with them regarding questions which they have answered promptly; and they have sought my feedback on the crutches (which I use on an as-needed basis due to having a debilitating disease that causes much pain, fatigue, arthritis, and prone to injury). It's a rare disease (EDS), but this company actually has information about it on their website, which is highly unusual and great to see as someone who has had a strange healthcare journey with a huge learning curve, especially during the past 7 years since I actually received my diagnosis. Their acknowledgment of the condition makes me feel like this patient population is seen and that they are a company who is considering this condition in regard to the product they put out. What I like about the crutches in particular is that they are 1) lightweight vs similar products on the market 2) have shock absorption and 3) have special all- terrain tips. I've only been using them (or sometimes just one) for a few weeks, but so far, for larger endeavors such as walking on sand or taking a longer walk than I could otherwise do, the product has spared me a significant amount of pain and fatigue I would otherwise have; alternatively I may not be able to even try certain activities. In addition to disease, I have a right hip replacement that has become a bit loose from my femur at the stem as well as a bunch of hardware in my left foot. So there are just times I need extra stability, and I think this has been a good choice for me.

These forearm crutches really helped me out! I appreciated the website's instructions on how to measure for the size needed, and I like that they come with so many adjustable features as well as shock absorption. The owner immediately contacted/refunded me for part of the overnight fee because I was accidentally overcharged. He was very kind, and that made me feel really good about buying from this company!

I’ve been a cane/walker user for years and really wanted to try some (reasonable) hikes. I tried hiking poles and did not get the support or balance I needed to access places.
