"Millennial Medical has been a great company to work with. They shipped my order promptly. I have communicated with them regarding questions which they have answered promptly; and they have sought my feedback on the crutches (which I use on an as-needed basis due to having a debilitating disease that causes much pain, fatigue, arthritis, and prone to injury).
It's a rare disease (EDS), but this company actually has information about it on their website, which is highly unusual and great to see as someone who has had a strange healthcare journey with a huge learning curve, especially during the past 7 years since I actually received my diagnosis.
Their acknowledgment of the condition makes me feel like this patient population is seen and that they are a company who is considering this condition in regard to the product they put out. What I like about the crutches in particular is that they are 1) lightweight vs similar products on the market 2) have shock absorption and 3) have special all- terrain tips. I've only been using them (or sometimes just one) for a few weeks, but so far, for larger endeavors such as walking on sand or taking a longer walk than I could otherwise do, the product has spared me a significant amount of pain and fatigue I would otherwise have; alternatively, I may not be able to even try certain activities.
In addition to disease, I have a right hip replacement that has become a bit loose from my femur at the stem as well as a bunch of hardware in my left foot. So there are just times I need extra stability, and I think this has been a good choice for me."
