Let's unbox our In Motion forearm crutches together.

When you open your box, you should have two large cuffs, two small cuffs.

Two cuff clips.

And then you should have two lower posts.

And two upper posts.

After you take the plastic off, the first thing you want to do is choose the cuff size that's going to work best for you.

You can do this simply by trying the cuff on on your arm, seeing which one is going to fit you best.

Obviously I don't need the large ones, so I'm going to set those aside.

And I'm going to set the cuffs I'm going to use over here so I can use them.

Once we've chosen our cuffs, we're going to install our cuff clip into our upper post.

The most important thing to remember when installing your cuff clip is to make sure that this C groove is facing away from your handle.

So if you see here, the C groove is pointing this way.

And I'm just going to install this here.

This is a crucial step to ensure your cuffs are installed securely and that they don't fall off.

Next, we're going to install your cuff into your cuff clip.

First, you want to make sure that your cuff is making an arrow and pointing towards the sky when you install it.

You'll take your cuff, line it up to your cuff clip, and use the heel of your palm to clip it into place.

Then you're going to flip the cuff over.

And your cuff is installed. You can hang and put a lot of pressure on that and that cuff is not going to fall off.

If you want to take the cuff off, all you have to do is simply flip it over, apply a little bit of pressure, and it pops right off.

If you find that your cuffs are falling off, it's probably because you have them installed backwards, so I'll show you how to fix that.

If your C groove is facing the same way as your handle and you have  the cuff tilted like this, it's going to fall off super easily.

So to fix that, all you're going to do is flip the cuff this way, and then turn your cuff clip so the C groove is facing away from your handle.

Then you can hang on that as much as you want and it will not fall off.

Finally you are going to install your upper post into your lower post.

This is really, really simple.

All you need to do is press these silver sizing clips in and slide it to your desired height.
