You've been cleared for partial weight bearing, but you're not exactly sure how much weight you're putting through your leg.
Well, here's an easy way to figure it out and I hope this helps.
If you have a scale at home, you can and you know how much you weigh.
I weigh about 165 lbs, so 25% is about 41 lbs so I can put about 41 lbs there, see how.
Let's see what that feels like, and then I'm allowed to do.
Put that weight through as I'm walking and if you're trying to, if you're having trouble gauging that still you can crutch over the scale so that you can see how much weight you're putting through it as you're walking.
As you saw, I went a little bit over 25% there, so I got to be a little more careful, but that's an easy way to do it at home if you have a scale, and I hope that helps.
